Aura Sensing Exercise
Ever wondered what an aura is? The term is widely used to describe the energy field around our bodies which we all have. This is part of our divine connection or part of our own spirit, because we are all spiritual beings with a physical body. If you have not experienced this, its a bit like the advert for the ready break advert and the glow around the body.
I will go into more detail about our Aura’s and Chakras in other posts but for now why not try out the simple mediation below. This is an audio file so you will need speakers or earphones for this.
Its best enjoyed without any distractions from phones or people, sitting comfortably, preferably in a chair, with your back straight. its only 15 minutes long and is really simple for anyone, regardless of spiritual experience etc. Its a bit of fun and not to be taken too seriously so dont worry if you dont get it first time, meditation and spiritual stuff is like anything else in life, the more we practice, the better it gets!
